Based out of Manchester, I founded niche digital agency Commit over 4 1/2 years ago, specialising in building custom community platforms, social hubs and RESTful APIs for clients ranging from hypergrowth scale-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

As a start-up founder, I wore many hats and have gained tremendous experience across the board, with my core role being the technical product & development lead. I was in charge of the product vision + roadmaps, delivery & output whilst remaining hands-on with the development.

Experienced in both leading & working in multi-functional teams (comprising in-house & external (EMEA, AMER)), implementing agile methodologies to allow us to deliver efficiently, flexibly & frequently for our clients.

From a development standpoint, I have specific knowledge in bespoke full-cycle Laravel development built upon AWS infrastructure. I have been professionally developing websites and web apps for over 9 yrs, including client-side, agency & freelance/contract, focusing on Laravel & API development for the last 6 years. More recently, I have become a full adopter of the Statamic CMS which integrated seamlessly with Laravel thus allowing rich client editability and functionality.
